KRAI Casebook
Kilzar Technologies LLC permits visitors to use the free KRAI Casebook pilot for their own vehicle records. Casebook records and compares information you enter. It does not connect to a vehicle, verify that an observation is correct, diagnose faults, establish that a repair succeeded, or assess whether a vehicle is safe to drive.
Use qualified inspection and appropriate service information for vehicle decisions. Save your own backup; local browser records may be lost if browser storage is cleared or the device changes.
Kilzar Auto Connect
Auto Connect is a customer-intake and callback workflow for participating repair shops. Submission of a request does not guarantee an appointment, diagnosis, repair outcome, response time, or availability. Participating shops remain responsible for their own customer communication, estimates, services, repair decisions, staff access, and operational policies.
The current pilot does not automatically diagnose vehicles or send customer SMS/email messages. Pilot activation, support, data handling expectations, and any commercial terms are established separately with the participating shop before live customer use.
Development status
KRAI is in active research and development. Descriptions of planned capabilities, research directions, and future products do not promise availability, launch timing, performance, or particular capabilities. Development diagnostic interfaces are read-only today; no public vehicle-control features are offered.
Intellectual property
Product concepts, research, names, graphics, software, and other materials remain protected by their respective owners. Public descriptions may be updated as products evolve.
