KRAI Casebook pilot
Vehicle cases you create in Casebook are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Kilzar does not receive those saved vehicle cases through the pilot app. You can export a JSON backup, and you control where that file is kept or shared. Clearing browser data or using another device can remove access to locally saved cases.
If you submit the Casebook pilot form, the information you choose to provide—such as email address, role, description of your need, and contact consent—is sent to Kilzar through Netlify Forms. That information is used to review pilot interest and respond to you. The form does not send your locally saved vehicle cases.
Kilzar Auto Connect pilot
If you request an Auto Connect shop pilot through kilzartech.com, the information you provide—such as work email, shop name, city or area, role, description of your need, and contact consent—is sent to Kilzar through Netlify Forms and used to review pilot interest and respond to you.
Auto Connect itself is a repair-shop intake and callback workflow. Information entered into an activated pilot may include customer contact details, vehicle details, the reported concern, preferred timing, and the shop's follow-up status. That information is used to help the participating repair shop review and manage the request. Do not submit information you do not want the receiving shop to use for that purpose.
Before an activated shop pilot handles live customer requests, Kilzar and the participating shop should establish the pilot's operating terms, authorized staff access, support path, and applicable retention/deletion expectations. The current pilot does not provide automated diagnosis or automatic SMS/email messaging to customers.
Website and business contact
Information voluntarily emailed to Kilzar or submitted through the website contact form—such as name, email, organization, audience type, and message—is used to review and respond to the inquiry. Website contact and pilot-interest forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the website. Casebook does not use advertising trackers or send saved case contents to an AI service.
